An Irish family have been reunited with their beloved dog, Gertie, after she was rescued from a 40ft cliff by the Irish Coast Guard.

Gertie had been missing for six days, stranded on a dangerous cliff ledge, before she was found and saved by the Irish Coast Guard in a miraculous rescue operation.
